Specifically, the data are derived from Georgia’s Quarterly Medicaid Expenditure Reports (CMS-64) from when the program was approved in October 2020 through September 2024. The awareness campaign data is derived from the Georgia Data Analytics Center’s ARPA Dashboard. The costs above do not reflect expenses related to preparing and submitting the 1115 waiver, expenses related to the two Pathways to Coverage lawsuits filed by the state or funding for a pilot media campaign that ran in early 2024.
